If they were smart they would just nuke Silent Hill. I mean really, who in their right mind would want to visit a place like that. Can you imagine the brochures. "Come to Silent Hill. See the ghost babies. Get mauled by the raoming beasts. Take in the sights and listen to the creepy moaning around every corner. And if you survive, visit the haunted amusement park and kill the only other survivor." Yeah, great vacation spot.
